Among the mystical beings: Blink, the hyper-caffeinated tarsier whose charred appearance and fiery-red hair suggest a mysterious past. Mana-Gal, the melodramatic manananggal, has turned losing her lower half at the mall into a fashion statement. Loonie Tik, a flamboyant unicorn tikbalang, embraces peace and vegetables with equal zest. And not to be overlooked, Nerwin, a young naga, endearingly believes he's just an unusually scaly dog.
